1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We ship through trusted international courier partners.
- Estimated delivery times:
- 4-5 days (delivery may vary depending on customs clearance).
- Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, courier operations, or force majeure are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
4. How can I track my order?
- Our team ensures your order is shipped promptly and delivered with care. If your package takes longer than expected, simply reach out to us and we’ll personally assist you right away.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.
- We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Please send clear photos of:
- The damaged product(s)
- The outer packaging and shipping label
- Our team will evaluate your claim, and if approved, we will either resend the product(s) or issue a refund.
- Refunds are only approved after our review of the evidence.
8. No Returns or Exchanges
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- The only exceptions are:
- Wrong item shipped
- Product damaged during transit (with photo evidence, see Section 7)
